With over 1,000,000 SF of retail space located at the intersection of Coit and Campbell Roads, Pavillion North needed differentiation and a new outlook.  GSO updated the overall center, created architectural definition for three junior anchor spaces, and created a park space at the internal corner to facilitate new restaurants and outdoor activities.
